With an all metal body and optical-quality glass, it's designed

2 different lighting systems!
- Standard - M-01120 - comes with a 20W tungsten lamp, the 'normal'
illumination system for this type of microscope.
- Cordless - M-01130 - super-bright LED lighting and a rechargeable
base. Runs up to 15 hours on one charge. Bulb life of 100,000
hours!! Runs very cool. Perfect for field study, or where AC
power is not convenient in work area.
Just like our higher-end models, this
microscope has a metal body and true laboratory
quality, achromatic (color-correct) optics. It has three magnification
levels: 40X, 100X and 400X. And, like a true laboratory instrument, it has a built-in tungsten illumination system with 6 intensity levels.
It includes a pointer in the eye-piece, which allows your child to point it at something he/she finds interesting and then show it to you or others!
Plus it includes 5 prepared specimen slides so there's interesting stuff to look at immediately!
It's got a 90mm by 90mm stage, a UL approved power cord for safety, and comes with a
5-year warranty. It includes a vinyl dust cover and instruction manual.
