About magnification & working distance

Total system magnification for a video system is a combination of the optical magnification, the camera sensor CCD size and the monitor size. Working distance is determined by the specific objective lens installed.

Below is a table showing the magnifications and working distances obtained with various eyepiece/auxiliary lens combinations available for the Zoom 1000 system.

The charts assume a 1/3" CCD sensor and a 13" monitor.
