Price includes calibrating the pattern size to match your microscope's objective. You simply need to tell us your "calibration factor", or how many mm's at the reticle (image plane of the objective) equals 100 microns at the microscope's stage. Please feel free to contact us for help in this determination. If you do not specify we will assume a standard calibration factor of 4.
